Practical food ideas for women in their 40s, 50s and beyond — with room for busy days and real life.
Welcome to Kimmies Living. A place for everyday recipes, manageable changes and a kinder approach to looking after yourself.
What I’ve learned, made simple
Hi, I’m Kimmie
I’m in my 50s, with a busy working life. Kimmies Living grew from wanting to eat well and look after myself without making everyday wellbeing another full-time job.
It brings together the recipes, routines and practical ideas I’ve found useful. Kimmies Kitchen is a place to start: normal, enjoyable food and a little planning to make the everyday question of “what shall I eat?” feel easier.

A few useful answers
Is this a strict diet?
It’s a flexible meal-planning resource based on Kimmie’s experience. Adapt portions and meals to your own needs. Nutrition figures are estimates, not individual targets.
What’s the difference between the free and full plans?
The free PDF gives you three planned days, six recipes and the shopping guidance for those meals. The £19.99 bundle covers 28 days, with 30 recipes, weekly shopping support, a Start Here guide and additional practical notes.
Will anything be posted to me?
Both plans are digital downloads. You can read the PDFs on your device or print them for personal use. The full plan is a one-off purchase.
What equipment do the free recipes use?
The free plan includes a blender breakfast, hob meals, a slow-cooker stew and air fryer chicken. The chicken recipe also suggests stir-frying as an alternative.
Kimmie shares personal experience and general food and lifestyle information. This is not personalised medical advice or a prescribed diet. Please read the suitability, allergen and food-storage information supplied with your plan. Questions? Get in touch.
